We are proud of our commitment to the thoughtful design and quality that goes into every Canterra home, and we back that commitment in writing by including in every new home a Home Buyers 2-10 Warranty. This warranty provides excellent protection for your new home by covering items resulting from manufacturers or workmanship issues for up to two years and warranted structural defects for ten years. In addition, many of the products in your new home carry a separate or extended warranty. We recommend that you keep all owners' manuals and warranty information in a convenient location.

Upon closing, you will receive a Homebuyer Manual and HBW 2-10 Warranty book with details on levels and duration of coverage and procedures as well as many helpful hints on the care and feeding of your new home.

We understand that emergency situations sometimes occur and that you can not wait for a customer service appointment. In the event you have an emergency please contract the subcontractor(s) specific to your community to schedule emergency service.

Some examples of emergencies are:

1. Loss of heating or cooling.
2. Water leak that requires water service to be shut off to the entire home. Any leak that can  be shut off at the supply line to the leak would not be considered an emergency.
3. Complete stoppage of the sewer system. If it is only a problem with one fixture it would not be considered an emergency.
4. Electrical problem that could potentially jeopardize your safety.
5. Please have your Community name, lot number and date of closing available when placing the call.
