At Canterra Homes we view our continuing relationship with our homeowners, as a PARTNERSHIP. Based upon a clear understanding of our mutual responsibilities and expectations, your new home will give you years of comfort and pride.

We are proud of our commitment to the thoughtful design and quality that goes into every Canterra home, and we back that commitment in writing by including in every new home a Home Buyers 2-10 Warranty. This warranty provides excellent protection for your new home by covering items resulting from manufacturers or workmanship issues for up to two years and warranted structural defects for ten years. In addition, many of the products in your new home carry a separate or extended warranty. We recommend that you keep all owners' manuals and warranty information in a convenient location.

Upon closing, you will receive a Homebuyer Manual and HBW 2-10 Warranty book with details on levels and duration of coverage and procedures as well as many helpful hints on the care and feeding of your new home.
